Welcome to Leveled Up Beauty, where confidence meets enhancement! I'm thrilled to share my passion for beauty with you, specializing in luxurious lash extensions and sun-kissed tanning experiences. With over 5 years of experience in the lash industry and 2 years of perfecting the art of tanning, I take immense pride in my career. My mission is to empower women by enhancing their natural beauty, helping them feel confident and radiant in their own skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
New Clients/Full set appointments will require a non refundable deposit. In the event you have to cancel, the deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Your deposit will be held for up to 4 weeks. If you do not reschedule in that time frame the deposit will be forfeit. You are allotted 24 hours to cancel your appointment. This gives others a chance to fill your time slot in the event you need to cancel. If client does not cancel within the 24 hour time period your deposit will be forfeit. Any and all no call/no shows will be charged 100% of their service. LATE POLICY: If you are more then 15 minutes late I can still perform your service but will charge the full price of the service regardless of time lost. Should you be running late and have to reschedule it will be considered a cancellation and you will still be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. There will be a 48 hour grace period for a complimentary touch up. Only if there are application issues. Not for poor aftercare (makeup, picking, use of oils, etc) You are to contact me within the first 48 hours and I will get you in for said touch up! Please remember it is normal to lose 2-5 lashes a day ☺️ Retention should be at 30%-40% for your fill appointment any less may result in an up charge or possibility of needing a full set depending on how many lashes are left. Any fill after 28 days will automatically need to be a full set.
